Tuesday

I hope all of my Florida friends are Fay free right now. I know the hurricane was coming and Sharlene said school was cancelled today and tomorrow because of it. How crazy is that? School cancelled on the 2nd and 3rd day there and the hurricane didn't even hit yet. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry, but I don't miss a lot of that type of Florida stuff.

Had a laid back morning and finally made Hannah get out of bed at noon! She's still in her pjs and playing with the dog, but I don't have plans for today at all and was actually taking this week off to get loose ends tied up. Almost every other day I have something going on this week, this is really the last day I have to be lazy with Hannah. Of course, I am up, dressed and in cleaning mode right now. I'm not truly lazy, I just don't have any place I need to be.

We had an AWESOME time at the zoo with Heather. It was drizzling, but it let up and wasn't all that terrible. We each had an umbrella in the morning, but it wasn't really bad without one. The zoo was very nice. About 3 miles of walking total, but since it was overcast most of the time, it was easy. I am having trouble with the laptop's internet connection, but I hope to post photos soon.

Off to finish making lunch!
