Boston Photos

Our hotel in Boston. Hannah slept on the window seat that was actually the third window bump out, down from the top right.

Getting ready for the "Duck" tour of Boston. Hannah was ready with her beak. Our vehicle was actually the Haymarket Hannah! She got to drive it once it was in the Charles River.

Hannah spent a little time in the "Frog Pond" at the Public Gardens. There weren't any frogs in it, the city has this wading pool for kids to cool off during the summer. In the winter, it is frozen for public ice skating. There was a "Life Is Good" festival at the Boston Common, but it was REALLY HOT, so we didn't hang out for a long time there. Plus, we needed to get on to the whale watching.

Lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe on Friday

Hannah with the statue dedicated to the book "Make Way for Ducklings" in the Public Gardens and of another statue of the Tortise and the Hare outside of the church we visited.

Hannah crossing the finish line for the Boston Marathon!

At the New England Aquarium

Of all of the American cities I've been to, parts of Boston had the most "European" feel to me.

We had lunch at "Cheers" on Saturday, the inspiration for the TV series. The food wasn't anything exciting. Keith was amazed that Hannah's pickle was larger than his fish dinner. After biting into that second piece of fish, he determined that it wasn't cooked properly.
