Grandfather Mountain Photos

In one you get the sense of how high up we were. The other two you see the view. Hannah was sitting on ledges in all of these photos. I wouldn't let her stand up because I've heard to many stories of people just taking one step back for a picture and falling off. It was a sheer drop down, no railings. This was not your Disney modified, fake mountain, it was the real deal :)

We went on a brief hike down from the top of the mountain and I got this shot of the underside of the bridge so everyone could get a sense of it. Hannah got stung by a hornet on her knee so we were done with the great outdoors after this and went to the nature museum and animal habitats.

Just gorgeous...Looks like it was a perfect day (except for the hornet sting).
