Father's Day Surprise (Part 1)

I got up through the first verse and chorus of the song I'm doing in an album for Keith for Father's Day. I have a photo to print out still for the second half of the first layout, but the rest of it is going along quickly and smoothly. I have about 15 more pages to go in the album and maybe I will get to that on Thursday. What's nice is I'm still using pretty much stuff that I've had on hand for a while and photos that have been in boxes. A lot of them are duplicates that I have put away.

So, here's what I have so far:

She spins and she sways to whatever song plays without a care in the world

And I'm sitting here wearing the weight of the world on my shoulders It's been a long day and there's still work to do, She's pulling at me saying "Dad, I need you
There's a ball at the castle and I've been invited and I need to practice my dancing, Oh, please, Daddy, please?" So I danced with Cinderella while she is here in my arms
'Cause I know something the prince never knew
Oh, I danced with Cinderella I don't wanna miss even one song
'Cause all too soon the clock will strike midnight and she'll be gone...

Ah, the fun of the "just because it is in your size doesn't mean you should wear it" talk. I remember those. I remember wanting to beat my head on the wall in the dressing room at times also. :) LOVE the book for Father's Day. Just incredible!!!
