Thursday

I know, my titles are stunning. I figured since my post for yesterday went in after midnight, I'd go ahead and call this one Thursday. My day was about as exciting as my title. Hannah and I headed out to drop off the paperwork for her sports physical so she can try out for cheerleading in the middle school next year. There is a brief meeting on the 15th and all of the paperwork needs to be turned in then. I told her that there are girls who have been in cheerleading since they were 4 so it will probably be super competitive, but that I know she will do a great job. She and her two "BFF's" are all supposed to be trying out.

Other than that, lots more housework today. Washing floors upstairs, dusting, cleaning up Easter stuff... I used a frame I had bought for some photos to frame some artwork Hannah did last year instead. I still don't have all of the pictures I need for the frame, it was sitting unused and the picture was getting messed up laying on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. Folded a mountain of laundry and was washing stuff that doesn't usually get washed, kind of a spring cleaning. Hannah's room is looking great, even though I'm not fond of the arrangement of her bed.

Not looking forward to work in the upcoming month just because I have something going on every day and will be staying busy with the exception of Hannah's field trip. I'm chaperoning her trip to Charleston, SC for three days in the middle of the month. This will be the first field trip I've chaperoned so I may have been delusional when I figured it would be a good idea to start with a 3 day ordeal. Honestly, I just wasn't really keen on Hannah being away for three days with the school.... yes, I'm a little paranoid. In any case, I usually love work, it just seems like lately I spend more time on the logistics of work, than I do actually working. I spend too much time trying to work out scheduling and that is typically done on my nickle.

Well, I'm going to head off for the evening. Please keep baby Julieanne in your prayers, and her family. The funeral is set for Saturday. What a difficult time it has to be for all of the family.
