Photo Upload

I was able to post the photos of the layouts I completed on Wednesday night.

Today was the last day of school for Hannah. She passed her EOGs, but she didn't do nearly as well as she did last year. At this point, I will be content knowing that she passed. She brought up her math and reading grades by 3 points each on her report card and finally, I think for the first time in her life, got all "S"'s (satisfactory) in her work/study habits section. She has always gotten "N" (needs improvement) in listening and following directions or similar topics depending on the categories.

Things went well at DSS for me today. I didn't do much, but there was a mix up and the supervisor thought I wouldn't be there until next Monday. Regardless, I felt helpful and I got some stuff done to help out.

Hannah wanted to go play when she got home, so we skipped the ice cream trip. So, I guess it's back to scrapbooking and organizing for me. I'm having fun, so I'm not complaining. It's super hot outside, so I'm content to continue my photo crafting.

Gas was $3.03 per gallon today when I filled up. It cost me $52.25 for a tank of gas. That's so insane. I'm starting to sound old when I say, "I remember when gas was .79". It was only 7 years ago when we were living in Atlanta. The average we paid was under a dollar. If it went above that, we were outraged.
