Today we painted a small area of wall going up the stairs, the side of the wall that is part of the pantry, and the section of wall that is under the kitchen island where we have stools. These are all high traffic areas and were very scuffed and dingy looking. I went with a light chocolatey color that goes well with the furniture, floors, and the rest of the paint. It is dark, but it will hide all of that future dirt a little while longer.
