Interview aftermath

Everything went fine today, it was just a busy day. We had a drop in resume critique and I was with students the entire time, so it was a success. I had my interview with the dean first. Talked about what I was hoping for salary-wise. Talked about some vision for the office. He said it's possible that the position could also be 10 month instead of 12. Just a little food for thought. I am not sure what I'd be giving up or gaining if it wasn't a 12 month position. Then, rushed on to the resume critique, then on to my "group" interview with two colleagues from student affairs. Then, rushed home to Hannah.

I was going to try to catch up with "A's" grandmother to see if she could watch Hannah for me on Thursday nights and maybe take the career counseling class that is at Webster this semester. I don't have a lot of time though, to figure it out, so I don't think I will. I have enough on my plate right now with the job situation, etc. The research class just doesn't seem like it's going to be a real problem with the exception of the 1 1/2 hour drive. If the campus was closer, I'd take 3 classes at a time. I just can't stomach that long drive on top of everything else that's going on right now.

So, that's my news. I'm wondering how my friends in FL are right now. She should have been having a baby any day now!!!
