Just wanted to ask for prayer for Keith. He has been itching since around the first of the year, and has had a cold that seems to go away, but then it returns. (Keith had been "itching" for months before he was initially diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease. We had no clue that was a strange side effect of the disease.) He was diagnosed with "walking pneumonia" the week before last. His x-rays from the pneumonia diagnosis showed some other things and he was prompted to return to his new oncologist, Dr. Boyd, yesterday. Dr. Boyd has moved his scans and other tests from April to tomorrow and they are working to get things squared away ASAP.
Please keep Keith in your prayers tomorrow (Feb. 2nd). His CT scan appointment is at Presbyterian Hospital in Huntersville, which is in the Charlotte area. Keep his doctors and everyone else involved in your prayers for discernment and wisdom.
I am very impressed at how quickly Dr. Boyd was able to move appointments and see Keith. I will let you know when we have the results. Hopefully, it will be a praise report that Keith is still in remission and we are in the clear!
