CT Scan Aftermath

Well, Keith's scan went okay. He called me at 3:30 and told me he just called to let me know not to worry, he was okay. I thought he meant they told him news about his scan. He said, "no, turn on the news". The police cornered a van, the man and woman got out of the car with a gun and a rifle. The police opened fire when they pointed the guns at them. The man was killed the woman was critically wounded and was brought to the hospital Keith was at. This happened just 5 minutes after he got in the building. Minutes before he was in that parking lot, turning around because he missed the entrance. Someone in the parking lot across from the hospital was shot. Link to the News Story Crazy madness. You can see the story was initially posted at 2:09. The people doing Keith's scan took him back around 2 and told him that they weren't sure when he would get out of there. He thought maybe something was wrong with the equipment. Then they explained the hospital was under lock down because someone was shooting people across the street!!! You just NEVER know.

Keith is having a hard time with an upset stomach now. We think it could be from the oral contrast he had to drink. He's really not feeling good at all.

My appointment in SC was "eh". I am not sure if it's the route I want to take. It was a long drive. They also don't offer the marriage and family licensure program. Just straight "Licensed Professional Counselor". I was doing the dual track in Lakeland. It's something to think about. I have a couple of weeks before the 2nd spring semester starts. The statistics and measures class I need is being offered on Saturdays, so that would be a great burden off of me if I got it out of the way. I will think about it when I know Keith's in the clear again.

Thanks again for your kind words and your prayers. I am looking forward to sending an e-mail saying everything is just fine. Hopefully that will come soon. It's going to be a long weekend I think.
