Had a great weekend with Heather. We had a nice Friday and went to see The Secret Life of Bees. A little bit depressing, condensed down from the book, but still very good and true to the book in many aspects. I thought it was well cast. The house wasn't pink enough for what I was picturing when I read the book (more raspberry and less bubblegum).
Saturday we went to see Twilight and then last night she and I went to The Melting Pot. Twilight was disappointing, but probably excited all of the teenaged girls and was therefore successful.
Today we went and got Hannah new boots for riding and Heather headed out about an hour ago so she wouldn't be stuck driving all of the way home in the dark.
We found out what Hannah was doing to copy "A". She told A that I wasn't going to leave her alone until she got that settled so A let her know that she was wearing khaki pants, a green shirt and a pony tail to school one day and the next day, Hannah was wearing khaki pants, a green shirt and a pony tail. Uh... Hannah? Your school has a uniform policy. It's 30 degrees out and you own 4 pairs of khaki pants and one pair of navy blue. You can only wear a white, navy or green shirt.... Anyway, it was pretty evident that "A" was just looking for a point of contention to create drama. It seems like that is at least settled. Hannah has said that she doesn't trust her at this point, but she still considers her a friend, she's just being careful.
