Howdy again

Went to the doctor after I dropped off the kids for 4H and I have a sinus infection. My face just hurts. I was also given an aircast for my ankle, but there wasn't anything bad showing in the x-rays. I really didn't think it was broken, but I was concerned because it seems to have been bothering me for longer than it should have. I did a number on it though, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

So, the house is quiet and I am just keeping up my foot (meaning, being lazy again). My prescription should be ready soon and I will go pick it up, grab lunch and then go get the kids.

I was asked to help out with Farm Week part 2 the week we are going to NH because the director will be out for a few days, so I am going to tag along that Monday and Tuesday and play 4H. They said Hannah could come and be a "helper".

You've heard of the whole Peanuts book "Happiness is a Warm Puppy"? Well, love is a husband that makes the bed and leaves a clean pair of pjs on your pillow the day you get home from a long drive from Florida. The guy vacuumed, people; twice! to hear him tell of it.

I was rewarded for my long drive with a flat tire when I went to pull my car out of the garage yesterday afternoon. I felt so blessed. You ask, "how are you blessed by a flat tire, Beth?". Good question. It was the same tire that I had plugged about 8 months ago and I have been able to drive on it all that time. I also made it home safe and sound instead of having to change it along the highway in some horrible storm. Thirdly, (again thanks to Keith) I have an air pump, compressor thing, in my trunk that plugs into the cigarette lighter and was able to inflate the tire to drive it to the tire place where they replaced it while Hannah and I had a late lunch.

Just on another note, we went to see WallE on Saturday with Mary, Anna, my mom, and Sharlene. It was really a cute movie.
