Ear Infection

Hannah is home sick today. She is really in a bad way. She woke up around 4 am crying and miserable because her right ear was hurting so badly. I gave her some meds to help with the pain and to help her sleep, but she woke up crying again at 10. Luckily, I was able to get her in to see the doctor at 10:40. She is on amoxicilin again. Alex and Hannah are cuddled up sleeping. Hopefully she will be well tomorrow. She is very disappointed that she will have to miss cheerleading practice tonight. I told her if she was feeling a little better we could go stop in and drop off her month's payment to let them know she wanted the spot on the team that she was offered, but she just can't do it today.

Her team came in 6th for OM out of 12 teams in the division. They actually came in 2nd for the spontaneous part of the competition, but they didn't get as many style points as they needed.

Yesterday we went to Dave & Buster's for Hannah's belated birthday meal. That was the place she wanted to go, but we weren't able to because of all of the activities of the week. Keith left from there to go to his week long meeting. Hannah and I went to Lane Bryant after because there was a 40% off sale and I still hadn't used the gift card my mom gave me for Christmas. I typically like spring clothes, so I knew I'd find something. I have a hard time with winter clothes still. Even though we live further north now, I still don't feel like I need to be completely bundled up.
