Happy October

Good morning, it's in the mid-50's right now and my body feels the difference.

Congrats to my friend Hilda in Scotland who is now a grammy! Her little grandson is absolutely adorable. Born healthy and happy at 9:15 pm on Saturday night. Her daughter, Rachel, is doing fine as well. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers for them.

I believe I have a sinus infection. It started out as a nuisance yesterday and by last night, it was just sharp pain. I have a 10:00 client, so I am going to head in for that and a meeting, but I may be coming home at noon to go to the doctor.

Yesterday was also my mom's birthday! Happy Birthday Mom!

Hannah placed first in her horseback riding show "on the flat and over fences" yesterday afternoon. She tied with a little friend of hers. This is the first time she has ridden (is that the word?)/rode where she was actually being scored and not just as a demonstration. That goes with her being in this new level. So, the points from all of the shows will also accumulate for an overall score at the end of the season and there will be awards for that.
