We had a really great time with Heather at the beach. Her parents' beach house is amazing. It's just beautiful. The beach they are in is nice as well. There weren't a ton of shells, but that made the sand easy to walk on. Hannah found a lot of pieces of sand dollars. She and Keith spent a lot of time in the ocean. This morning, they were up at 8 and ran down there for almost 4 more hours. We were on the beach for at least that long yesterday afternoon. Made sandcastles, made big pits that Hannah could hide in, body surfed. Last night, Hannah, Heather and I went for a walk on the beach. It was just a nice, relaxing time.
Hannah's teacher was out on Friday, so she managed to get an extra day to get all of that homework from Thursday night in order. She lucked out. Hopefully she won't have another day that she just blows it all off again.
I need to get to bed now and prepare to join the working world tomorrow.
