Another day...

...another dollar. Only problem is there are no dollars involved here :) I am having a hard time believing that I have only 5 days left in my internship! Two of those days will total less than 5 hours, but since I had already committed and Hannah will be out at 4-H, I am going to stick with the plan and come anyway.

I have things lining up for my next internship, but there is a lot of other "stuff" involved with it than just hanging out and doing whatever comes my way like it is at the current site. I will have to adjust things to work time wise there.

I am still wondering what I will do with Hannah when school starts back up. Taekwondo seems the obvious choice, but she is just so burned out that I would love to give her another option. Not to drop it completely, but it would be nice if she could do that 2 days and another activity the other 3. There just aren't enough pick up from school, afterschool options in our area. Maybe I went into the wrong field. I could make a killing if I had a minivan and the insurance to tote kids around to all of their afterschool activities to give parents a break.

The workshop was really awesome and I've been using the techniques I learned since I got back to "work". I can see that they are effective, even if I haven't had the most willing or excited participants.

I haven't been writing as much because out of all of my blogging friends, two of them haven't posted in over a month. It makes me wonder if I'm boring and self-absorbed (or if I come across that way). I just tend to write what's going on here though and people don't need to read what I've been up to if they don't want to!

Keith had nice weather for his picnic! He said he couldn't have asked for nicer weather. Hannah had a great time and it seemed like everything came together for him! Thanks for the no-rain-cloud prayers!!!
