Time for bed

but just wanted to pop in to say that I had another great day at my internship. I am really happy there, very excited about what I am doing and the opportunity to help people. Had a great first sit down with my clinical supervisor who also happens to be the proud kitty mom of a 16 pound cat, so we swapped cat stories. Everything was just great. Not much more I can say without going into specifics that I probably shouldn't go into here. I just feel comfortable and in my element.



Keith has a double ear infection. He has been under the weather for some time now and just got around to going to the doctor. He is still sleeping in the guest room and says the mattress in there is great. I managed to get through the night with him in there last night. I'm not sure if he was snoring less or if I was exhausted, more.

I came home feeling a little bit like a limp noodle though and hung out with Hannah this afternoon. We had a really nasty thunder storm and had some hail warnings. We didn't get any hail near my house, but the storm was bad enough to knock out our cable, and therefore our phone and internet service, for a few hours. We've needed some rain, but every day this week about the time I pick up Hannah it has been raining. I haven't taken her over to the pool once. The pressure changes tend to give me problems with my sinuses. Not fun.

Congrats to my friend Karen who has a new grandbaby named Isaiah! How awesome and fun is that????!!!
