Hi all, I started out the day with a trip with my mom to the 4th grade awards at Hannah's school. For her class she was awarded "Most Creative". That's my girl. I could tell she was happy to see us there, and it felt good to be able to show support of her.
After we finished up at the school, mom and I went to Michaels, Hobby Lobby and McAllister's for lunch. We had to run off to meet Hannah's bus.
My mom had the brilliant idea to clean my scrapbooking room so I could actually sit and scrapbook. What a novel thought. Anyway, we were busy doing that, Hannah came home, and I felt like I was a grounded teenager again, not allowed to leave until my room was clean. She would ask, "What's this for?", etc. and I would shuffle it around, put it in a spot, or throw it away.
When Keith got home, we went to Fuddrucker's for dinner. She said the other day that she would like a good hamburger and we like the hamburgers there. After dinner, we went to A.C. Moore where I purchased 4 more photo boxes (they were on sale, 4 for $5!!!). Came home, and had to clean some more. She said she knew if we didn't finish it, that I wouldn't do it. Me? Not finish something? Psshaw.
Anyway, I'm going to bed now. Tomorrow is another day and there's actually still more stuff that could be done for my room. Honestly, it could be a huge, never ending project. Thank goodness for moms. She really helped put things in order, and in perspective. I have a lot of junk.
