Hannah and I had a nice day today. We went out to lunch and then to see Arthur and the Invisibles. We had just enough time to stop at the grocery store afterwards and pick up the rest of the things we needed to make dinner and a belated birthday cake for Keith.
It was a very good Mama Marathon, as Hannah calls our special times together. I get Mama Marathons, Keith has Papa Parties.
Clean house, clean laundry, grocery shopping done... I'm just pretty content right now. I need to start on the task of having all of my digital photos from the past two years printed. I need to transfer them to an online site to have them printed so I will have them on hand to scrapbook during days like this when I have time to create.
Ahhh, no class tonight because of the holiday. I will be going to my first class in almost a month this Wednesday. Not looking forward to it just because of everything that has been going on there lately, but once I go, I can officially say, "I have two classes left to complete my MA". That's not a bad thing. I can make it, knowing that is in sight.

Was it an ice cream cake? I'd never heard of those before Canada. Dairy Queen does an interesting line.
No, no, that is the real deal. I BAKED that! I have to say, I am a big fan of ice cream cakes though. Carvel cakes bring back fond memories of childhood.
