I'm thinking about the people who were in hurricane Katrina's path and the devastation that occurred. We were very lucky last year with the hurricanes that criss crossed our county. Even in being blessed by not having any serious damage, it still took quite an emotional toll on us to ride it out and contend with the aftermath.
Keith's additional lab work came back normal yesterday and Dr. T. signed off on his paperwork! He's going to drive up to NC on Labor Day and will start work on the 6th.
I asked Hannah how long we should let Keith stay in North Carolina without us and she said two weekends. In all honesty, that's how quickly I'm hoping our house here will sell. It would also be comforting if we somehow found the perfect house to move into. That's going to be so hard since Hannah and I won't be there with Keith. I just don't know how this is all supposed to work, but I know it will.
We are still doing stuff to fix up the house, but it's now listed on Realtor.com. It's funny to see our little house there after I've been looking on there all these years, seeing what was out there. The lock box is on the door, and the sign is sitting, literally, in the front yard. The post people are supposed to come today to put it up.
I go in to "work" today at 9:30. I'm going to work 9:30 - 12:30 for a bit on Tuesday and Thursday. I tried to keep the hours low so I don't have to stress about it. I think I may take off on Thursday though since today is Keith's last day of work. We can get a lot done on Thurs. After this weekend, I won't have his help around the house anymore.

I am so excited for all of you! I am sure it will feel GOOD for Keith to have his last day. I hope you get to go out and celebrate with a fun dinner.
I am PRAYING that your house will sell super fast and that you find your dream house.
