Cat again

Whew, someone JUST called to ask for Alex. I told them that was our cat's name. He has been hanging around at their house for a few days. Whew. We just hung up about a dozen signs, but didn't even get close to where he was. He was on the next block over in the 300's. Our house is 717, so if you can imagine how far our little dude went. Geez. Good thing he didn't lose his collar.

Still no Keith. Hannah and I are ready to go to the beach! I am so excited and now that the cat is back, it's just even better. Poor little guy will have to be alone with Lenny for 2 days.
BEACH BEACH BEACH!!! WHOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend Ronnie just confirmed today that his wife is 5 weeks pregnant. He got to see the baby and the hear the heartbeat. He was just positively beaming when he came back to work. I told him I was so excited for him that it was like I was having a baby again! ROFL.

I hope you are having a good time at the beach. I am glad silly kitty is back home. You gotta have a talk with him about running away. Sheesh. If only a talk would do some good.

I agree with you completely that this HP book was "flat" and very different. I don't think of myself as disappointed in the book in its entirety (sp?), but I am upset that there were stories missing about background characters. I missed them, if you know what I mean. Especially Neville. I did enjoy some of the light-heartedness (sp?) about it though since the last one was so dark. However, it sort of doesn't make sense that it was so light considering the subject matter, you know? I hope there is some good in the next one and that it isn't all dark, but I just have this feeling it is going to end with Harry dying.
